The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a Merchant (“we”, “us”, or “Merchant”) and an Affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the Merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified and is bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
Affiliate Links and Coupons
The Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that will be tracked. Also, if a customer views the Merchant’s products with your Affiliate link, but does not purchase anything at that time, no commission will be earned. Additionally, if the same customer later purchases a product but does not use your link, the sale will not count towards your commission as there is no way to track that you referred the customer. In summary, you will earn commission only on sales that are purchased directly from your Affiliate link.
Affiliate may or may not be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If a customer clicks on both the affiliate link and coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise Merchant website through online channels such as Private Facebook Groups, Instagram, Email or offline ads, such as magazines and newspapers.
Commissions and Payment
If you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value but not including operational fees (taxes or other not yet determined fees).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to complete the payment details in Settings. Payment schedule will be detailed on our Quick Start Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Marketing Tools
We share promotional assets, such as banners, logos, etc with you through a shared drive. You can download the media to share on affiliate channels. We reserve all rights to any videos, documents, or images shared for marketing purposes.
Cookie Policy
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to have cookies enabled in order for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we are unable to track them. Therefore, we are unable to pay commission on that person's activity.
Cookie duration 30 days. The tracking day starts from the time a customer clicks on the Affiliate link. Within the cookie duration, the first purchase made by this customer at Merchant website will result in commissions to the Affiliate as discussed in the Commission and Payment section.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential, and not stored on the Optimum Pet Vitality servers.
