A series of 6 exercises designed to strengthen the support structures of the back and strengthen the iliopsoas and abdominal muscles. So many dogs that look like they have pain in the hip joint, actually have back and iliopsoas pain. Older dogs with lordosis (sway back) have lost their core strength and this can lead to a loss of stamina. By strengthening the back, abdominal and iliopsoas muscles, we can both prevent and treat weaknesses and pain.
